Zhengzhou Zhenda Refractories Co., Ltd., established in 2002, is located in the Western Development Zone of Xinmi City, conveniently situated near Provincial Road S316, as well as the Zheng-Deng Expressway, Shang-Deng Expressway, and Jiao-Ping Expressway. The company’s facility is also embraced by the Zheng-Shao Expressway, ensuring excellent transportation access. Moreover, Xinmi City boasts exceptionally abundant and high-quality bauxite resources, providing ideal conditions for the production of refractory materials.

Over nearly two decades of growth, the company has evolved into a leading manufacturer of refractory materials serving industries such as metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, building materials, power generation, and chemical processing. With fixed assets totaling 87 million yuan and employing more than 380 staff members— including one senior engineer, five engineers, and 23 engineering technicians—the company operates across five departments and ten functional divisions, alongside six dedicated production workshops, a research and development center, and a state-of-the-art testing facility. Currently, the company boasts three ultra-high-temperature kilns with an annual output capacity of 12,000 tons, producing a diverse range of products such as zirconia, chromia, corundum-mullite, silicon carbide, hollow alumina spheres, and magnesium-alumina spinel. Additionally, it operates two automated lines for producing unshaped refractories, generating 20,000 tons annually, as well as one high-temperature tunnel kiln line capable of manufacturing 18,000 tons of products each year—primarily from the high-alumina and silicomolybdenum series. Complementing these operations is a low-temperature tunnel kiln line that produces specialty phosphate bricks, phosphate-based refractories, and aluminum-silicon carbide carbon blocks, with an annual output of 15,000 tons. Together, the company achieves a total annual production capacity of 65,000 tons, generating sales revenue of 350 million yuan. The company is equipped with cutting-edge production facilities and comprehensive testing equipment, backed by a robust technical team. Notably, in recent years, the company has invested over 50 million yuan to establish an advanced automated batching system powered entirely by clean natural gas—a sustainable fuel choice—and has further bolstered its innovation capabilities by investing more than 10 million yuan in the construction of a provincial-level enterprise technology center.

The company has maintained long-term collaborations with research institutions such as the Luoyang Refractory Materials Research Institute, Shanxi Provincial Chemical Engineering Design Institute, the Second Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Wuhan University of Metallurgy and Technology, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Zhengzhou University, and Anshan University of Science and Technology. We actively attract talented individuals and have been sending select employees to universities each year for advanced studies. Over the past decade or so, we have successfully developed and produced a range of unshaped refractory materials tailored for industries including metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, military applications, electronics, and non-ferrous metals—such as shaped and unshaped chromia-alumina castables, alumina-mullite castables, zirconia-mullite castables, self-flowing castables, plastic materials, and sprayable patching mixes. Additionally, our design and research departments have recommended us as a designated supplier of refractory materials that are specifically matched to customer needs.
